The name 4T8 Fit refers to 1 Timothy 4:8, stating that physical training is of some value,
but that training for godliness is actually much more beneficial.
The goal of 4T8 Fit is to help people to improve and reach their goals. May it be on a sporting level, weight loss or just getting into shape.
